Q: I’m unable to attend the event but would still like to donate. How can I help?
A: That’s the spirit! Check out our donation link. Donations both small and large help make a difference. Also, contact us at info@lovebeerhatecancer.com if you’re interested in donating an item for the silent auction.

Q: My kickball career ended in 8th grade gym class. Do I really need to participate in the tournament?
A: Nope. In fact, the majority of attendees are there to get their spectatin’ on. If taking in a game while sipping a beer is more your style, amen! Another option is to simply arrive for the luncheon, attend our brief program, and check out our silent auction and merchandise!

Q: What if I win a silent auction item but I’m not there to collect it?
A: That’s OK. Event staff will contact winners who are not present and see to it that they get hooked up!

Q: Do I need to get a babysitter?
A: Kids are more than welcome! There will be lots of other youngsters for your kids to play with as well as other activities to keep them entertained.  This is a family-friendly event.  After all, this event is about helping kids, right?

Q: Are there any opportunities to volunteer?

A:  Of course!  It takes a village to put on such an amazing event.  Lots of volunteers are needed to help umpire games, set up fields, serve beer, sell tickets for prize drawings, etc.  Contact us at LoveBeerHateCancerInfo@gmail.com if you’re interested

Q: Are there age limits for my team members?

A:  Team members of any age are welcome!  Just make sure to warm up those hamstrings before the games begin!  Remember, this is family-friendly so go easy on the little ones in the field.
